We adapt our role as a process consultant, team coach, individual coach, trainer or facilitator based on what each situation requires. We work with clients to establish a meeting’s purpose and ground rules; and probe to help define what the desired outcome will look like.

What facilitators do:

• Using multiple methodologies, facilitators help clients to achieve desired outcomes by leading them through a variety of participatory decision-making processes. Facilitators orchestrate interventions in the form of live or virtual meetings or retreats, at which they lead small or large groups to solve problems, discover new ways to do work or interact, plan for the future, agree to a plan of action, design a new product, develop new ideas and more.
